» No animals other than dogs are permitted in the dog park. This park is designated for the use of people and their dogs.

» No dogs under four (4) months of age are permitted in the dog park.

» Children under 12 must be closely supervised at all times by an adult. It is strongly urged that young children not be brought to the dog park for their own safety.

» No food or treats (human or dog), alcoholic beverages, strollers, bicycles, or children's toys allowed in the dog park.

» No more than three beings* per handler allowed (*dogs and/or small children)

» Dog waste must be cleaned up by dog owners and place in proper receptacles. This is the single most important thing dog owners can do to help ensure the ongoing success of the dog park. » All dogs must be legally licensed and vaccinated, and shall wear a visible dog license and rabies tag.

» No injured dogs shall be in the off-leash area.

»Dog owners must be in the park and within view and voice control of their dogs at all times. Do not use the park as a babysitter for your dog or your children. You need to be in control of your dog at all times.

» Aggressive dogs are prohibited from this park, and dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior must be removed from the park immediately, without debate.

» Dogs must be on leash and under control by their owners/handlers at all times outside of the fenced dog park. Dogs must be leashed when entering and leaving this park, and dog owners must have a leash in their possession at all times.

» Female dogs in heat are prohibited from the park.

» Owners/handlers must stop their dogs from digging and immediately fill an holes dug.

» Excessive barking is prohibited. Dogs barking excessively must be removed.

» Dog owners are solely liable for injuries or damage cause by their dogs and ensuring that their dogs don't escape the fenced area.

» No attendant is on duty. Users of this facility do so at their own risk. Ferguson Township shall not be liable for injuries to dogs, owners/handlers, or others that use the dog park. This area is for dogs and their handlers/owners only. The owner is 100% responsible for any injuries inflicted by their dog. Prevent injuries by supervising your dog closely at all times.
